Handling Time

 

Once we receive your orders, we endeavour to get them out the door and on their way to you as soon as we can. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

 

All of our orders are shipped by our team directly from Ugly Designs in Christchurch.

 

Delivery Times

 

 

We use NZ POST within NZ as our trusted courier partners.

 

 

Standard shipping is 2 business days, but in some cases you should allow up to 3 business days from the shipping date.

 

 

All orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track or your delivery.

 

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

 

Oversized Items: In some cases shipping will be organized seperately from the item purchase due to custom shipping be required. Reach out to us at info@uglydesigns.co.nz.
